What is Seed Cycling?

Seed cycling is a simple food habit built around four seeds: flax, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame. You eat flax and pumpkin during the first half of your cycle, then switch to sunflower and sesame for the second half. Two tablespoons a day, stirred into whatever you're already eating.

It's an old practice, and an uncomplicated one. Our mixes come ready ground and pre-portioned into New Moon and Full Moon, so there's nothing to measure or keep track of beyond switching halfway.
