Luna Flow is more than just a business – it’s a vision born from our own experiences and challenges. I’m a mother of four, living with my family in a century-old timber house that my husband Jim and I have renovated (and are still renovating) from the ground up in the countryside of Vörå, Finland.
We believe that taking care of yourself isn't about perfection, but about small, sustainable steps that fit into your everyday life and grow with it. Luna Flow started with our Seed Cycling Mixes, a simple daily ritual built around four organic seeds, and today also includes Nurture Seed Mix and Collagen Cacao.
