When our third child was born in 2020 and my period returned once again, I realized something had to change. I decided to take matters into my own hands and dove deep into everything related to hormonal health, postpartum recovery, nutrition, and overall well-being. I listened to podcasts, read research articles and books, and gradually began implementing what I learned into my own life.
My PMS disappeared, my cycle became longer and regular, and my period pain was a thing of the past. I could hardly believe it was true. But at the same time, I felt a deep sense of sadness and anger—why hadn’t anyone given me these tools earlier? Why wasn’t this something we, as women, were taught from the very beginning?
