New Moon Seed Cycling Brownies

New Moon Seed Cycling Brownies

These New Moon Brownies are the perfect way to indulge while staying consistent with your seed cycling journey during the first half of your cycle. Packed with nutrient-rich seeds from the New Moon mix, these brownies are as nourishing as they are delicious.

I made this recipe for 7 days of seed cycling portions (2 tbsp per day), but if you want to make fewer or don’t have the mix, you can substitute the seed cycling mix with almond flour, shredded coconut, or your favorite seeds.

They’re great to store in the fridge or freezer, making them perfect for quick snacks or treats!

Ingredients

  • 7 days of New Moon mix (14 tbsp)
  • 3 dl almond flour
  • 4–5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4–6 tbsp coconut sugar (you can substitute with honey, regular sugar, or date paste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder or extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter, melted
  • Optional:
    • 2 tsp maca powder
    • 2 tbsp collagen powder
  • Optional topping: Chopped 80% dark chocolate or drizzle of melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F) and prepare a baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients: New Moon mix, almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar (or substitute), vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick batter forms.
  4. Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle chopped dark chocolate on top before baking or save it to drizzle over the brownies after they’re done.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are set, but the center remains slightly soft.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares.
  • Store these brownies in the fridge for up to a week or freeze them to keep longer.
  • They’re perfect for enjoying your seed cycling routine with a delicious twist!
