Seed Cycle Brownie Bites

Seed Cycle Brownie Bites

Are you looking to start Seed Cycling or need a recipe to get your daily seeds into your routine? This magical recipe for brownie bites is a delicious way to do just that. Once you get the hang of it, you can customize these bites endlessly. Alongside the seeds, these bites contain walnuts, rich in omega-3 fatty acids that help reduce inflammation and balance hormones. They’re also packed with antioxidants and phytoestrogens to support your hormonal health and balance.

This recipe includes ten servings of the seeds recommended for the first half of the menstrual cycle: pumpkin and flax seeds. These bites are perfect to prep and keep in the freezer or fridge, ready to enjoy with coffee or tea whenever you get a chocolate craving.

Recipe: Seed Cycle Brownie Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 dl pumpkin seeds
  • 2 dl flax seeds
  • 2 dl walnuts
  • 4 dl pitted dates
  • 50g butter or coconut oil
  • A little vanilla + a pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp maca (optional)
  • A bit of water, if needed

Instructions:

  1. Start by grinding or blending the seeds.
  2. Blend the dates with the butter to a grainy, sticky consistency. Add a little water if needed.
  3. Knead this mixture together with the ground/blended seeds, cocoa, vanilla, salt, and maca.
  4. Once everything is well combined (you may need a bit more water, but the consistency should not be too sticky; it should hold together without falling apart), form into small bites or balls, or press into a pan and cut into squares later.
  5. Roll the bites in cocoa, and they’re ready to enjoy!

Store these nutrient-rich brownie bites in the fridge or freezer for a convenient, hormone-balancing snack on the go.
