Soft Caramel Truffles with Turmeric and Cinnamon

Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates (packed)
- 2–3 tbsp coconut oil, ghee, or butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp seed cycling mix
- 1 tsp turmeric (to taste)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- Dark chocolate for dipping
Instructions
- Place the dates, coconut oil/ghee/butter, and vanilla extract in a food processor. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Add the seed cycling mix, turmeric, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until everything is well combined. You can also swap out the seeds for shredded coconut or other seeds or nuts if you want to mix it up.
- Place the mixture in the freezer for about 30–60 minutes to firm up slightly.
- Remove the mixture and roll into small balls.
- Melt the dark chocolate and dip the balls into the chocolate. Let them set on parchment paper.
- Store the truffles in the fridge or freezer – grab one whenever you need a sweet yet nourishing treat!
