Recipe: Seed Cycle Brownie Bites
Ingredients:
- 2 dl pumpkin seeds
- 2 dl flax seeds
- 2 dl walnuts
- 4 dl pitted dates
- 50g butter or coconut oil
- A little vanilla + a pinch of salt
- 2 tsp maca (optional)
- A bit of water, if needed
Instructions:
- Start by grinding or blending the seeds.
- Blend the dates with the butter to a grainy, sticky consistency. Add a little water if needed.
- Knead this mixture together with the ground/blended seeds, cocoa, vanilla, salt, and maca.
- Once everything is well combined (you may need a bit more water, but the consistency should not be too sticky; it should hold together without falling apart), form into small bites or balls, or press into a pan and cut into squares later.
- Roll the bites in cocoa, and theyâre ready to enjoy!
